Nestled in the village of Makhuntseti, Keda municipality, this waterfall cascades on the right side of the Ajaristskali river, 335 meters above sea level.
Khikhani is a medieval fortification located in mountainous Adjara, 100 km from Batumi, West Georgia, close from Georgian-Turkish border.
Could you believe that a bridge built with help of a mixture of eggs and clay in the Middle Ages could not only survive until today, but still be usable? There is just such a bridge in the village of Chalatke, and fittingly, it is named after Georgia’s legendary Queen Tamar.
Mtsvane Tba (Green Lake) is located in Achara, in the municipality of Khulo, on the northern side of the Arsiani mountain range, at an altitude of 2058 meters above sea level. The clear and transparent water of the lake is poorly mineralized and suitable for drinking. The amazing color of the water – emerald with shades of turquoise, gives the mountain lake a special charm.
